Portable and Online Systems

  • Filtered Orbits — Clarifies the plot trace so that specific features of the orbit can be identified with their corresponding frequency components and faults can be more readily diagnosed.
  • Fault Frequency Markers — Peaks, sidebands and harmonics can be labeled for easy identification by placing customizable markers directly onto your charts.
  • Working with RPM and Linear Speed – Let the software do the math! Machine-level RPMs and linear speeds are calculated point by point so that the correct speed can be automatically applied at all levels on a machine.

vbOnline Systems

  • Communications Error Notifications — Receive instant notification of any loss of communication on your vbOnline system.
  • Wireless Communications — Now you can use both wired and wireless local area networks to remotely setup and manage your vbOnline system.
  • Relay Delay — A time delay period can be applied to a relay to prevent it being triggered by natural frequencies during machine runup, or by non-persistent events.
  • Relay State Auto Restore — Relay states are automatically restored on previously powered down vbOnline device to ensure that any lights, alarms or machines which are controlled by the relays behave in a predictable manner during a power cycle.
  • Faulty Sensor Detection — A sensor’s bias voltage can be checked against a specified range during measuring to assess whether the sensor is working correctly.
  • QuickScan RPM Criteria –Prevent unnecessary triggering of alarms on machines that have known variations in running speed by specifying an RPM range for QuickScan measurements. These are only used for alarm checking if the machine speed is within range.
  • Onboard Triggered Recordings — Get accurate data from machinery that operates intermittently or which does not maintain a steady state for long. Onboard triggered recordings ensure that measurements are only taken during periods of stable operating conditions.
  • Storing and Retrieving QuickScan Spectra — Retrieve and investigate any QuickScan spectra taken during an abnormal event.
